Tara and the rest of the staff were amazing when my mom passed away 6 years ago. She came right over to the hospice, was professional but very caring and she just made a terrible time so much easier. I highly recommend Peaceful Transitions.

Originally, the staff were wonderful to deal with during a very stressful time. They re-did their website and this could not be more disappointing and frustrating. My Dad passed away July 4, 2018. For about 5 days, his obituary read well, and there were a couple of nice condolences by friends and Family. Then they proceeded to redo their website. The condolences dropped off immediately and have never been put back on. The new format of the online obituaries is VERY poor. The letters are large and bunched together. They look horrible. I have called no less than 5 times to get the condolences rectified, to no avail. They feel my pain and show empathy on the phone, but, neither of those things fixes anything. Well, hopefully they get it right next time my Dad dies. Oh wait, you only get one shot at getting it right. Epic fail...
