I sat by my client's call as he tried to setup insurance with a rep by the name of Cliff. I would never recommend anyone to this company after hearing the way Cliff spoke to my client. He had horrible customer service and made it seem like he is doing them a favour by helping them out. He said that he plenty of other paying clients who he can work on.. my clients were first time home buyers and they were told last minute by the lawyer that they need home insurance. Yes it needed to be a quick turn around but it doesn't merit that use of tone, especially in this type of industry. I took it upon myself to make this review because my clients wouldn't. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!****** DON"T BRAG ABOUT HOW YOU HAVE SO MANY CLIENTS REFERRED TO YOU, IT"S REALLY NOT PROFESSIONAL WHEN YOU ACT LIKE THIS ***
