Kritika has excellent customer service and makes the loan process easy. This place is way more professional and friendlier than the other loan place with the yellow sign. Their application process is also simpler and way more efficient.

Had a terrible experience today with this location. Took out an installment loan to be payed over the course of 3 pay cycles which land on a Friday. I tried to change it to Saturday because by the time I deposit my cheque at 5:30 Friday they've already tried to take the payment resulting in an NSF. Jessica was not having it in fact after explaining the problem she not only did not want to work out a solution but also just stopped communicating all together. I even had to ask if we were done our interaction because again she just stopped talking? Jessica was not helpful on this day??
