Sharing my experience today. Called in first provided my vehicle's year make model and received a price for the oil change. The whole process went smooth and the place is clean with friendly staff till the payment time. They over charged me nearly $40 with the reason that my vehicle used excess of oil. I do not mind paying that but thought they should let the customer know the price difference in the first place. Staff offered me discount for my next visit to even out the overcharged payment or a "discotinued coupon" to resolve the payment issue not a refund in the first place but afterall they honored the price quoted on the phone. Till here is not the reason I gave 1 star rating. After the oil change my vehicle's balace goes terribly wrong. Am I saying they did anything to my vehicle? No since i do not have any evidence. Will i visit again? NO.
Auto service on the weekend is hard to find. Take 5 Oil Change Barrie On Replaced a tail light bulb in less than twenty minutes. People there were friendly and helpful. I would recommend them for their service to my vehicle.
Highly highly recommend their service! It’s my second visit, and the team continues to deliver the most friendly, pleasant, and professional service experience to their customers! During my visit, I thought I was due for an oil change, and after taking a close look, their staff Ken informed us that since my mileage is pretty low, I could wait it out a bit more, and explained more details. Even after I learned that I won’t need an oil change on that day, Ken and other team members performed a courtesy check on the car and I was feeling so grateful when I left Take5. Their waiting area is bright and clean, with some tasty treats for customers while waiting (I helped myself to a hot chocolate before knowing the oil change wasn’t needed, and was amazed at the quality and great taste of it!). Thank you guys for your thoughtfulness and such great customer service!
