My 3 dogs and my cat have done exceptionally well with TJ and Faith. Journey, my standard poodle that I rescued when she was 5yrs old, is fearful of people and other animals but especially terrified of men. TJ has been a blessing and does so well with her. Seeing Journey run around the whole place, going up to all the women and men, just shows how the atmosphere and the people working here are just so amazing. Jedi, one of my little dogs, after he had to have hip surgery became very aggressive having his nails done. It was a great surprise to learn that Faith was able to do them with no issues. I feel extremely lucky to have found this place.
We had an incredible experience at TJ’s! I brought in my puppy and was immediately greeted with so much joy, love, and affection for my dog. You can instantly tell when people absolutely adore animals, and this was definitely the case here with the entire team. ? They clearly knew how to handle separation from the owner, and Faith did an amazing job with the service - my girl seemed to have the time of her life. This was my puppy’s first groom, so I was very nervous about making sure it was as good an experience as possible. Faith and the rest of the team answered all of my questions thoroughly and did an amazing job introducing my puppy to the experience, plus giving me tips on how to help her get used to it in the future. Very grateful that I found this shop, and we’ll definitely be regulars now! Some before and after photos, they know how to make poodles look good?
Absolutely amazing with my ragdoll. Everyone else wouldn’t take the time to brush his mattes and just wanted to lion cut him but they confidently told me they will not shave him and just shave the mattes out but they didn’t even need to, they worked and brushed everyone of them out. I am so beyond happy. Thank you
There are not a lot of groomers who will handstrip and Faith is just so amazing. She does such a wonderful job in so much less time than other groomers that I've had to drive like 45+ km. She takes care of my dog so well. 10/10 would recommend!

We had the best experience at Tj’s Tails 2 toes Lady’s are amazing, our bunny normally hates everyone that has tried to touch his feet, NOT here when you walk through the doors you are greeted with smiles, kindness, like walking into your favourite relatives places, our bunny Miku first time meeting the staff and going here was calm he didn’t freak, we where in and out in like 5 minutes or maybe 10 the staff are knowledgeable about all types of animals, prices are very fair and work is wonderful, bring your animals here and I do not think you will be disappointed. To the staff thank you a thousand times over
My first time getting my Aussie groomed went so smoothly! She is a bit of a nervous pup, but they made her feel so comfortable. She looks so great now that her Grinch feet & butt floof are under control. Highly recommend!
