Reading the reviews I see that Kathleen Tsang below had EXACTLY the same experience with this plumber. My bill was $381 for a routine unblocking of a kitchen drain. This is outrageous and unjustifiable. Comparable drain snaking job from another plumber at different location was $170. I thought I'd give him a second chance after similar experience with him last year but worse this time - clearly a mercenary and can't agree more with Kathleen's additional comments. Two strikes you're out Tyler!
Tyler and crew got down and dirty today replacing our failed sewage pump. Tyler is straight up and knows exactly whats going on. It was easy to work with him and understandable that he is so busy. With 100% effort put into all he does, dont bother calling anyone else. He is worth the wait!!! Work was done quickly and everything cleaned up like nothing even happened. Excellent job!
