Harris answered my call promptly and dispatched a plumber in a reasonable time even in cottage opening season. Gord arrived promptly at the arranged time and was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. Harris followed up to make sure all the service was done to our complete satisfaction (as it was). Had a flood in February and Harris sent out a plumber promptly and resolved the issue quickly. Cant remember the plumbers name but he was very skilled and courteous. He had to come one more time since the first visit was just for the emergency but more work was needed and I asked for the same guy. A couple months later I decided to stick with Harris to change two very old outdoor taps and to drill for a new one. Zach was very knowledgeable and got the jobs done effectively and efficiently, and he was extremely kind with our 3 children hovering. 100% recommend Harris and Zach!!!
