Realtors from the Faris Team were responsible for listing my home, and then selling it a week later. The word 'team' gets tossed around a lot in today's culture, but the Faris Team actually functioned as a team. Communication was friendly and consistent, and I was always confident that the Faris Team was working hard on my behalf.The photography and videography were very well done. The printed feature book, available to interested clients, is a thing of beauty and a useful keepsake for me now that the house is sold. Finally, the house I sold sat vacant for a period of time. I live some distance away. However, I never had to worry because my realtor offered to check the property on a regular basis, and she did so - even taking in newspapers and watering plants. I recommend the Faris Team without reservation and can attest to the fact that their slogan - "full out for you" - is not empty words, but reality.

Donna Winfield and the Faris Team worked together quickly to get my mother's home listed and sold quickly after helping her to find and buy the perfect condo! They also recommended cleaners, lawyers, etc that were able to come out quickly or take us on as clients with very little notice and only a couple of weeks to close.
