I just want to give a huge thanks to Todd Piirto for working hard to sell our home. It was very competitive as there were also 2-3 other condos selling at the same time. Todd worked super hard, putting in a lot of time and work to sell our home. We are very thankful to say that we have a buyer and a new place to call our own. I was sitting in my hot tub in our backyard in Barrie when Darren called and insisted that we go see this house right away in New Lowell that was coming up for power of sale, my car was at the dealership and my wife was at work with her vehicle but Darren really wanted us to see this property he didn't think it would last long so by the time I got dried off and got dressed Darren was at my front door with a coffee for me and drove me to see the property in New Lowell-I instantly loved the property. I worked the next morning and Darren took my wife to see it that morning and by the afternoon we had already put the offer in for what turned out to be our dream property to this day! Working with Darren was really comfortable and easy he put us at ease with buying a house power of sale.
