I experienced very rude customer service here today, I’ve been here a few times before and have never had an issues. Normally the staff are very friendly & the prices are always great! Today I stopped by on my way home just to look around, I found a few things I liked and when I went to cash I was informed they are on sale today, so I purchased my items, asking if I could leave them at the cash while I go shop for a few more things (after finding out they had a sale) when I went to check out a second time - a family was waiting and I let them pay ahead of me, I got to the check out at 4:35 and was informed the sale had ended. The tone in which the cashier used was very rude and she also giggled, I asked to speak with someone else due to her rude approach. She giggled again and said the other lady will say the same thing. The issue was not that the sale was over, the problem I had was the way I was approached by her and the fact that when I first cashed out there was no mention of a time frame. If that were the case I would have shopped faster and gone when it was my turn in line. I left without purchasing anything else due to the principle of the matter. Very disappointing interaction.
I have always loved shopping here ! Fair pricing Friendly staff And great items. I do wish there was access to a washroom when my children need to potty. But honestly the best thrift store in Barrie.
I’ve stopped by this location periodically to drop off the staff are friendly and helpful. The store area is kept clean and tidy COVID restrictions on point. Michelle is kind friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work
It’s a very small store and always overloaded and overpriced.I know that it’s a thrift store and you get what you pay for but it could be better if it was organised a little.
The selection here is going down hill they reorganized the store that it carries less stock and the prices show that they have reduced their store the prices have gone way up in the last year
My experience today was not pleasant, the store is very cluttered and messy and the staff was not helpful at all. they also refused to let my 6 year old grandson to use the washroom. we left the store and he wet his pants,then again bathroom was probably just as messy as the store.
