Had a gift certificate from hubby, went first time today and had a great experience, staff were friendly and my nails turned my Tuesday great, had pedicure and full set of solar nails done, place is clean, and I plan to return here often.
I read good things about Lovely Nails so I thought I would give it a try. I went twice with no problems but when they said they could order my desired polish colour and was unable to get it I went back to my other nail salon for 6 months. Deciding to return to Lovely Nails after six months was a big mistake. One day after having my nails done one nail started to split. They repaired the nail. The following day all my nails were soft beyond belief splitting and peeling and breaking. I immediately went back to ask what they had done to cause this. I was told they had no idea and that I should go back to the place I was going to for the last 6 months. Shocked at their reply I left. It took 2 months for my nails to regain their previous strength and grow back to a length that I could have them shellaced again. I would never go back there with that type of attitude and customer service.
If you go to this location you definitely have to ask for Yenni. She is the sweetest, friendliest and the most incredibly patient nail technician you could see. I had such a pleasant and wonderful experience with her. I absolutely love my nails. Thank you Yenni!
Been going to Lovely Nails regularly for over a year. Best nail salon Ive ever been to. Their work is top notch and the entire Lovely Nails team are friendly and professional. Always enjoy my visits there!
Came to the area to visit family. We decided to try a new place for a pedicure. It was a very relaxing environment with extremely friendly staff. I left feeling truly pampered and had amazing looking feet. Definitely coming back!
