Ive been going here for about 15 years. Hands down, the best salon in Barrie! I go in and am welcomed with a friendly smile every time. The staff is incredible, and no matter who I get for whatever service, theyre professional, personable, and simply wonderful. I love this place.
I'm very happy with my experience at Skinsational. My first time there, I went in a group and we all got shellac French tips done. The service was excellent and my nails lasted much longer than any previous manicure. This time I went for a basic manicure and polish, and again I had an amazing experience with customer service and the outcome of my nails. This time, I actually chipped one of my nails on the way out, and the girl who had done them touched it up right then and there for no extra charge. I'll be back whenever I'm in the area and definitely recommend Skinsational to anybody looking for a relaxing, professional, and elegant spa experience.

Just got the half leg and underarm service done. Let's just say you get what you pay for. Price is great but quality is cheap and customer service is horrible. Double dips the stick in the wax pot and uses the same strip multiple times. Also the lady didnt even sterilize underarms or legs before applying wax. The lighting in the rooms are also not great. How are you supposed to see the hair of there is no adequate lighting to do so????????Never going back here again.
