Pros:- Promotional pricing is amazing!- Staff is easy to work with- Units are a good size, cleanCons:- Gate code did not work the first time I went to drop of stuff. If the office had not been open, that would have hindered my entire weekend- I filled out all the forms online like the agent on the phone said. This was supposed to make my experience at the office quicker. Fast forward to when I got to the office, I had almost 40 minutes of paperwork to fill out. This felt like I wasted time filing anything out online.

Access Storage has great knowledgeable staff with a great sense of humor. The ladies always have the answers to all of my questions when I ask them. The storage units are always clean and the staff is there if you need to buy locks if needed. I have moved frequently over the last few years and Access Storage has been there to store my belongings three times now. They are my go to when I need storage, I don't want anywhere else. The 24/7 availability is amazing and I am grateful to it due to my hours of work. I don't need to worry about my safety or the security of my unit. Thank you Access Storage for my peace of mind.
Worse place ever. Every month is diffrent price. Rip off. 3 weeks is not a month. They say it's monthly rental but they pick whatever day each month when you pay and always different. Don't waist your time. And it's hell trying to get your stuff back out as they make there own rules as they go.
Very helpful staff. Very clean Good security. All units alarmed. Safe and excellent facility. In my opinion.
