Used them twice for a number of years when I moved back to Barrie. Great customer service. Never had an issue with the units. Call to check availability and you have to catch them during office hours.

Driveways are in very bad condition. Every building is numbered the same, starting at 1. So that is confusing. But the ground level, outdoor access is convenient to drive right to own unit.
BEWARE!!! I Rented a dry, non-climate controlled unit for one year and during the year I visited the storage unit several times without incidents. On my last visit to empty the unit, it was fine until I reached the back portion of the unit. There were several puddles of water, lots of mice droppings, and even a huge dead rat! Lots of valuable things were ruined. I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS, unless you don't value your belongings.
The man at the front office gives exceptional customer service . Very helpful. Storage lockers are clean and dry. I would recommend this business if your looking to store your belonging .
