Very fast, organized and high quality clinic. Pressed on time to get my clinical permit done for school, the nurses ensured me we had time and made all the steps very clear. I was in and out within 10 minutes for all 4 visits. krysten, Jessica and DR. Friday were very pleasant, always smiling. Im a nursing student and everyone at this clinic made me excited to be apart of a team like theirs one day.
Terrible experience. I could hear the nurses in the next room laughing and clearly joking about my visit. No patient should ever feel mocked or belittled by the very people who are supposed to provide care. If this is how some staff choose to behave, it's an embarrassment to the nursing profession and a disgrace to the many hardworking, compassionate nurses who actually uphold their standards. This kind of behaviour has no place in a healthcare environment
Every interaction was fantastic. The ability to book a spot online for the walk in, the receptionist, the nurses and Dr. Kushnir.. all phenomenal. Dr. Kushnir took her time, did not rush me despite the clinic being so busy. She was lovely! A lovely doctor. Every staff member was wonderful .. not an easy job!!
Very organized. Appointment on time great staff and nurse. Dr. Joey R. Was fantastic very knowledgeable answered all my questions and provided treatment. Very positive experience from start to end . Thank you urgent care team
Doctors won’t do anything unless they can rinse your pockets first. Not to mention you have to pay for parking. I’m glad I pay taxes… I Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I care about.
Ever since Huronia clinic started online booking it's become a complete joke.. what happened to first come first serve???? What about elderly that dont know how to use technology well??? Why is it that I went on at 7am to book an appointment for the day, and only available time was 6:30pm??? Really your trying to tell me your booked for the day already at 7am?? This is an absolute disrespect to the public, and you are the only clinic that has online booking.. BRING BACK "WALK-IN" CLINICS *Reply edit* If that is so true, why 2 weeks ago my 3 week old son turned away at 1pm??? I will be going to Grove street Clinic, much more professional.
Needed stitches yesterday. We walked in, but had to make an appointment for later in the day, which was fine because it would have been a longer wait at the ER. Went back for my appointment and was seen and treated within half an hour. Very nice staff and gentle doctor.
