I had an amazing experience with the walk-in clinic. I came in ~15 minutes before the clinic even opened, but the receptionist was incredibly helpful and got me set up with a virtual appointment that only took about 20 minutes from when I arrived to when I left. I was prescribed what I needed and given great information on what to do to alleviate my condition. Will definitely use this clinic again in the future.
Rude. Ignorant. Liars. I contacted the Pharmacist by phone to enquire if a specific product was held in their inventory. I was placed on hold for about 5 minutes after which he advised that they do carry the item I was looking for and that he did have some in stock. I drove from Anten Mills to this location (15-20 minutes), whereupon the Pharmacist stated, with a shrug of his shoulders "oh, sorry... I thought we had some but I guess we dont". I asked why he put me on hold to ensure they had the item I was requesting... then returned to the phone like he had actually looked, when he clearly didn't. He simply smiled and again shrugged his shoulders and turned his back. We then had further words and I exited the store. As a result of this particular store and the conduct of the pharmacist, I will never darken the door of any Rexall Pharmacy ever again. Rude. Unprofessional. Lazy. Ignorant. Untrustworthy. Liar.
I had a great experience from intake until the end . Both the technician and the pharmacist were very receptive, i would recommend to everyone this new model of pharmacy.?
The pharmacist was very helpful and respectful of my concerns. All questions were answered. I was able to use the virtual service to speak with a physician whereby I was able to get scripts refilled and a requisition for bloodwork. A very positive experience overall.
