I'm not one to go on and give bad reviews but on two accounts now I've been flat out mad frustrated and embarrassed leaving this store not because they didn't have what I needed but the attitude and belittling comments of the employees I'm a licensed mechanic and I most often know what I need but for the employees to question my choices of oil and filters is unnecessary further more for an employee to question why my sweater is all torn and dirty is flat out embarrassing I work on equipment for a living and I get dirty that's none of their concern I'd give them 0 stars but it's not an option and I will not be returning to this store I'll drive to Orillia of I have too.
Huronia rd I was put on hold two times once I was answered very quickly however, I was disconnected. The second time I called back I had mentioned I did not want to go on hold because I’ve been on hold about 10 minutes already previous and when I called back. I got disconnected. The girl who answered said no problem. She did not put me on hold. She said she was just completing a task that she was doing, and I had no issue with that, however when I asked her the question she said just hang on a second I was already looking at something else I said OK no problem so I assumed it was just her going and checking a product that I was asking for because she had just been looking at it and she wanted to confirm that it was the same one not that she was looking at a completely different task altogether and trying to figure out that task and complete that task. Meanwhile, when she did not put me on hold again, which I appreciate all I could hear was her and her coworkers, joking and talking about orders and talking about so many different things which is understandable due to the job that they’re doing, however, when you have somebody on the phone and you tell them like two seconds I’ll be right back I don’t expect to be sitting on the other end for another five minutes generally I have no issue with people doing their job as I work three very different industries that take my attention in different ways and I need to be able To effectively and efficiently spread my time between different tasks and clients and customers however, this was not the case and I understand winter is very busy for this type of industry however, I do think that the customer service and the time management and the attention to customers that you are dealing with when they say that they don’t want to be on hold for another 10 minutes and then end up being on hold for another 5 to 10 minutes I think that needs to be adjusted and I think a little bit more tear needs to be taken when answering phones because I think I would not rather much prefer the phone not being answered and not being put on hold and trying again later however, other people might see that differently all I want is to be taken care of at the time that somebody answers the phone and asks me what my question is and then instead of being told to hang on a second that she was doing something else she could’ve quickly answered my question. done a quick search for a very straightforward product that is literally a plug-in into my vehicle. I don’t know I could be over exaggerating, however this is a very real thing in customer service these days and I just would like for there to be a little bit more care taken when dealing with client questions and customer relations, dealing with people over the phone and face-to-face. I hope the next time I call your location that my experience will be a little bit more pleasant I will try again however, if I get the same issues, I will not be returning and I will not be recommending people to your location. I can go to many other locations and Many other businesses that provide the same type of services in products again thank you for your time to read this. I hope some slight adjustments can be made for a better customer experience next time. Thank you so much.
Daughter went to pick up parts over a parts first didn't even offer to help her bring out rotors and pads sprained her foot trying to open the door with all that weight missed a week's work thanks Part Source
Called this afteroon looking for a McPherson spring compressor. The employee said for sure we have that available! Drove to the store only to be told "we don't have this". Waste of time, gas and money. Thanks Parts Source. Aggravation Source.
I ordered a blower motor for my heat, the first one that arrived was defective and broken, they ordered me a new one for the next day and I installed it wrong so it was making a horrible noise. Thinking it was another bad blower I drove to part source and the younger guy with the blonde hair helped me by coming out to the car and actually looking at it! Heat is now fixed! Wasn’t happy with the first blower being broken was very happy with the customer service I received upon my return.
Ordered a front drivers caliper Sunday afternoon, was told I would be able to pick it up at 9am Monday. When I arrived I was then told it would be 12pm until I recieve it. Fine. I recieve a phonecall informing me it was available for pickup at 11am. I arrived to pick it up and the folks at the shop not only didn't have the caliper for me, they couldn't even confirm if they ordered it for me or not. I'm pretty furious
Went in looking for a tool. I was in there for about 5 mins or so, no one even looked at me. I don't mind that at all, being that I probably know more than them anyway.
