I’ve been to Bikeland three times now, and every visit has been outstanding. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely go above and beyond to help. Repairs were completed quickly with minimal downtime, and I always felt like I was getting great value for the work done. On one occasion, a staff member even stayed after closing so I could pick up my bike — that kind of service is rare these days! Highly recommend Bikeland for anyone looking for reliable, honest, and top-quality bike service.
I went for 1 simple chain and the messed it up. Go back to get it fixed and they put the main pedal mechanism backwards. So I took it back to get fixed. Then I get 2 tires with tubes and I get a faulty one and the air was coming out of the valve. They wanted to charge me for a new one. Told them I would just go elsewhere. So they put a new one on for free. BUT they filled the tire to much. That when my small kid went to ride it both tires popped right away. Should of known when they didnt check the air pressure properly they just filled it till they couldn't squeeze it any more. For a "bike" place I would not recommend this place to any one. Alot of time and money waisted here. Now I have a young kid upset. Thanks Bikeland.
biked from Orillia to Barrie I hit a pothole on edge of bottom of Bayfield Street around 12:15 pm and couldn't avoid it I went to The Bike Zone on Anne Street first and told the man my situation and he said he still had a customer's bike on repair stand since that morning and couldn't help. I ended up walking bike to Bike Lane and they were able to fix and replaced a new in tube, new rear tire within 40 mins I was back on the road. Very kind staff and I highly recommend using them, reasonable and fair price for repairs. Lots of regular bikes and electric bikes in stock Please support this business Thank you Rob
Bike land is very super nice and very respectful people. I was going in to get a derailer. Hangar, they appropriately told me the right price and I will be coming there. Maybe at the end of the month to come, grab the hanger. Thank you bike land for giving me the best experience on your shop

Great work and customer service. I went in Wednesday to get my bikes tire changed and they immediately begun work to on it and had it finished within 25 mins. I had been expecting to come pick it up later. Awesome work
