Horrible treatment and even worse service. I know I was lied to because my bicycle wasn't even tuned! They didn't remove the rear wheel to assess the damages caused by the owner's friend who ran me over. I was referred to Trek by the woman who hit me because they were friends which tells me perhaps it wasn't an accident. If I had brought my bike somewhere else, I never would have thought such a thing. The owner is a rotten man, avoid!
The guys at Trek are awesome, walked in without calling in need of my chain fixed, they took it right away and had it fixed within minutes for me. Also they was able to match a bolt I needed for my wife’s bike free of charge. Definitely will be coming back for more tune up needs! Thankyou for the quality service!!
I love how easy it is to try on the helmet selection in the Barrie store. Jeremy helped me find the right new helmet and it both fits & looks great! Superb comfort, safety and features like a magnetic clip which is easier to fasten quickly while wearing cold weather gloves. Not sure I would have selected this one so efficiently without his product knowledge. Quality head protection is worth the investment. Thanks Trek Barrie!
I needed a 700 35c tire and inner-tube . I phoned at 11:30am and Campbell said to bring my bike in and they will install it today. I walked the bike from Blake St. and Johnson St. to 88 Dunlop St. I got there at 12:20pm , he took my bike and phone # and said it would be really by 3pm. He phoned me at 1pm and said that my bike was ready to pick up. Fast and friendly service. I know I will always bring my bike to Trek Bicycle Store Thank You ?!!!!

Employee that greeted me at door was nice, and adjusted my front quick release so it would be safe. I came in for a tune up, knowing there's a 2 week waiting period. I asked for my chain, derailleur, etc, to be cleaned. They got awkward, as if this would be work. He went to check with his boss, to see if can do. And the boss spoke out loud, saying they don't have parts for my bike. Has to be a bike from there brands. Clearly didn't want this job. My bike didn't need parts, it needed cleaned and tuned. Thanks for treating me as a idiot. I will find someone else who needs work. Clearly u make enough
Only Bike Shop in Ontario worth visiting. I'm glad they are in Barrie The Barrie Trek Team is second to none. Dont buy junk from a big box store and dont bother with the other Local Bike Shops.
