Bike Zone has done fantastic work with helping me get the parts I need for my bike and I'm very grateful that they've been helping me they gave me a reasonable prices and also great advice on how to keep it maintained good job bike Zone I've be coming here a lot more
wanted me to provide a manual so they could add oil to an older fork because they are not in business anymore… it was a marzochi fork??….2025 tried getting a hallowtech bb they needed 3 guys to figure out they only had the $300 chris king ones without sleeves….. 2025 probably like 2010, went in for a single speed chain and install. They wouldnt install but instead spent 5mins on shop floor selling me a $19 chain tool and explaining how to do it. last year i went in for basic wheel hardware for a nutted axle and the tech dragged his feet pulled out thru axle’s and was trying to fit nuts onto the end of them while explaining some stuff, I interrupted to tell him the wheels a standard wheel “well actshuallllly not all wheels are” me and buddy just went down the road to the other shop was sorted in a few minutes lol. 2024 overall really weird vibe in this store, I try every year to support local but these guys make it almost impossible.
I want to get more exercise and decided biking would be good for me... I came in here looking for help to get started and instead got sent away with zero help and a better than me attitude when I wanted to get an old bike fixed up to start using and get into the sport... "I won't touch that" " you can go buy this bike at canadian tore right now for $150" which is untrue and just a bad attitude in general... why not just fix it up and charge me $100? Cause that's what I asked for? I took to next shop "bikeland" down the street and they were confused to this shops reaction and gladly took my bike in and agreed you cannot buy a bike for $150 new and are servicing the bike now.... thanks for nothing bike zone!
Great service!! The people there are so nice. I found my daughter’s bike in under 5 minutes. I would highly recommend The Bike Zone if you’re looking for a bike or bike accessory’s. -Brian
Have bought 2 bikes from here over the last year. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, honest and very accommodating. What I appreciated was that If any particular staff is unsure about something, they’ll ask another member to assist. Knowing what your strengths are is better than trying to fake it. Thanks to your team for making the experience great.
Poor service. I’m sorry if I walked into your store and disturbed your inner peace trying to buy something from you. Maybe put a sign at the door saying “just pretending this is a business trying to sell bikes”.
Just wanted to give a update. I decided to give them another chance becuase I needed new tires and no other store had what I needed in stock. This time I was actually very impressed with the service. I was helped right away and given great advice on what I should buy. Hopefully it wasn't just a one time thing. I will be back again. Been to bike zone a few times now. Every time I am hoping for a better experience but it never happened. First time there I was looking to buy components to upgrade my entry level bike and I was pretty much laughed at by one of the technicians. I have been in a few other times since to try to buy something and the staff don't even bother to take a second out of their day to ask if I need help. After 3 visits and being amazed at how bad the customer service is I decided to try another store. Don't waste your time here. Staff makes you feel unwanted. Sucks for them though. Also they have the highest prices compared to many other stores.
