Brandon was genuinely honest and addressed my concern about a mark on my headliner that I thought was difficult to remove on my SUV . Not only did he remove it quickly ,and he didn’t charge . I can’t recommend this place enough!!!! I reached out late at night when I discovered mold in my car, and the owner got back to me right away and booked me in immediately. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish—they kept me updated throughout the whole process and were completely transparent about everything. The results were incredible. My car looks and smells brand new, and they went above and beyond to make sure every trace of mold was gone. It’s rare to find a business that is this responsive, professional, and thorough. If you ever need detailing done, especially for something urgent, this is absolutely the place to go!
They did a fantastic job detailing the inside of my SUV They were kind, picked my car up, LOVED my dog and just overall amazing. Someone pulled into the parking lot very quickly as I was reversing out, and the company even texted me personally saying they saw what happened( the man almost hitting me) and asked if I was okay. Highly recommend Buff & beyond ! Brandon took the time to thoroughly clean my 4Runner ( we live on a dirt road on farm land ) of all impacted dirt and debris leaving me with a like new vehicle ! Haven’t had my vehicles carpets this clean in a long time - we’ll definitely be using Buff & Beyond again in the future !
Very, very, very pleased with a job extremely well done on the vehicle we brought in for interior & exterior cleaning. Our rims literally looked brand spanking new and they had some horrible staining on them prior to bringing it in for cleaning. Further the interior looks immaculate compared to what it looked like.
