Dropped it off at 10:00 a.m. was told that it was going to be 3 to 4 hours did not hear back from them until I showed up at almost 3:00 assuming that my car would be done or almost done. They had not even done it yet. Then they tried to tell me that they were going to do it and it would be ready just a little bit after 5:00. Meanwhile the work that I was getting done would require three to four hours as that was a given time frame prior to and what is shown on their services.
They made my WRX look like the day I first bought it, inside and out. Very happy with the service I was provided and the speed of getting booked in to having the car finished. 100% recommend!
The guys here did a fantastic job on both our Honda Fit and HRV! We have a large husky who is constantly in the vehicles and you couldn’t tell at all. The attention to detail both inside and outside of the car is incomparable. We have been to a ton of other places in Barrie and no one has cleaned the cars this well (and for the same price!). My car looks brand new! The guys at Major Auto Clean saved the day for me and got my car in yesterday for cleaning, then on top of that had it ready for me to go to work at 4pm! 10/10, I have already recommended them to family and friends. I will be back for sure.
I had my BMW cleaned at this shop ,right before heading back home to Florida ,i had it done multiple times over the years at different shops including Florida, but the attention to detail here is very hard to find,two thumbs UPS
***AMENDED PER OWNER RESPONSE ** Perhaps a miscommunication or misunderstanding on what was willing to be done if the stereo failed to work. I didn’t get the impression initially. I did amend to the three stars on the assumption this was the result of the cleaner and not the shop in its entirety. I hope this is a little more fair. Spoke with Adam and was given a gift certificate for the issue which arose. Much appreciated. It does appear he wanted to make it right so I’ve amended my response. Good job and thank you for the great customer service. Original Post (with some amendments) The clean was alright as my jeep was dirty. I’ll give them that. BUT my issue was with my stereo not working afterwords (still have the videos). I take it back and the owner asks if it was working when I brought it in. It’s a brand new deck. Question annoyed but fair enough. There was no air of accountability. I’m instructed to bring it back and they’ll use the air hose to spray off the buttons. After a few days it comes back to normal but certain buttons aren’t working. Long story short. The audio shop sends the deck back to Pioneer. Lo and behold. Moisture damage. So obviously the cleaner sprayed enough solvent on the deck or had enough on the rag that it fried the board within the deck. Lucky they covered it under warranty (even though moisture damage is not listed).
Brought in my Ford Raptor for a royal Package,couldnt be more pleased,guys did an amazing job,the interior and exterior looked like the day i drove it off the lot,service was amazing and even got a 10 % senior discount and thats a bonus,deff will be coming back ,and recommending to all my friends,thanks Major Auto Clean.Update Oct 30 2020,brought my wife's Lincoln for a complete interior and exterior clean up ,woww was i impressed with the results ,they made the vehicle look and smell like the day we bought it ,attention to detail is amazing, will definitely spread the word ,thanks Major Auto Clean.
