HIGHLY recommend this place! I asked my husband for an odd birthday present this year, to detail my car. I got the standard package and they did NOT disappoint. Everything was done precisely and that *new, clean smell* is still lingering days afterwards! I will definitely come back here
Worse experience EVER!!! Please be careful with those guys they will DESTROY your car! I’ve brought brand new BMW X5 to them to do front part with protection film and ceramic coating for entire body. At the time of pick up few issues were found and the owner promised that they will correct the issues. When I arrived home a scratch was found at the back of the car in the trailer hitch area. I’ve phoned the owner and brought that to his attention. The owner ALEXANDRE told me that it’s impossible that his guys scratch the car!! By the way the car was brand new from dealership and I have a video picking up the car where there is NO scratches on the car. After I asked to provide me a video recording from the shop area but there excuse was that they have records only for the last 24 hours and they can’t provide them. After a lot of going back and force they ordered a new part but refused to paint it! A lot of protection film started to pilling off after a week and AGAIN they refused to fix it even though they said that it’s under the warranty. I’ve spent almost $4000 dollars and received a DESTROYED car! Now I will need to go and re do everything at different place!!!! Please BE CAREFUL WITH THEM! They are pretending that they are professionals but they are just a group of SCAMMERS!
Very disappointing trying to get a tint as close to Xmas as possible for my wife and got problems with there machine to do it with WOW ! . You would think they would have some kind of back up or something.
Very poorly done. Exterior was terrible. For a detailer the key is detail detail detail what a waste of over $270 I have read your review reply. The appointment was made with your staff and was told it would take 2 hours. I never demanded my vehicle and when showed up patiently waited for your staff to come back from a lunch break. It is easy to say we require more time and more time would be granted. It took me an extra 1.5 hours re doing my vehicle and again it’s details. I stick by my review and the star rating they wouldn’t allow a no star review. Your business charged $270 for a job that my child could achieve a higher standard.
These guys do a really great job at cleaning your car from top to bottom. Word to the wise you want to book your session with them ahead of time. The attention to detail they give to your vehicle demands that time. Victoria was very profession and made the car washing experience easy and pleasant. Thanks guys.
Excellent service from these guys it was my 2nd time in. Car was well cleaned. They took their time and went over the details. Work done with pride. Highly recommend for car detailing.
