I have suffered for years from chronic neck and back pain. Due to genetics as well as my career. I have spent thousands on chiropractic and massage but nothing has fully given me the long term relief like my treatment from Resolution. Mandi and her team are a life saver. Many years ago I wrecked my back at work and she has been able to get me back better then ever using gunns IMS treatment along with home care. As well they have shock wave therapy that has been able to fix a nagging shoulder injury.

Your search for the best physiotherapy clinic is over!I been a patient of Mandi's since the clinic opened, she has assembled an incredible team of truly caring of therapists who's knowledge and patient care is outstanding, second to none. The entire staff is very passionate about what they do and the people they care for. I am moving away from Barrie and I will truly miss the care I have received at Resolution Clinic.
An initial assessment is $150. I was told when I called to book an appointment for my husband that it was $130. Obviously there was a misunderstanding, so I called and left a message requesting a refund for the difference. I received a call back from the office manager and she was unpleasant and unprofessional. She basically called me a liar and refused the refund. I know what I was told, $130 and didn't appreciate being made to feel like a liar and a fool by someone who should have a basic understanding of customer service. I will never attend Resolution Physiotherapy even though I am in need of physio. I will take my business where it will be appreciated
