My dad was discharged from the hospital a few days earlier than expected. We were told to call ProResp once we got home from the hospital but when we got home, Peter was already waiting in the driveway. He checked my dad out and got some setup started and then Shawn came in with extra equipment. Shawn walked us through the whole setup, thoroughly and pleasantly, anticipating our questions and putting our concerns to rest. All this at the last minute on a long weekend. Fantastic!
Good to clients but management is horrible to staff, hostile working environment with bullying by manager and no constant support from manager staff. Staff members pitted against each other by management, encouraged to rat each other out in hopes you'll be in her good books for a while and not feel her wrath. Until new manager I would never recommend working there- good paid but toxic work environment and not worth it.
