In my experience, they are always open when they say they are. It's a busy clinic but wait times are fine, not more than a few minutes late.
I love going in! They have been great to me, my boyfriend (who originally got Dr.Collins as a family doctor for me) and for our little one. Wait times are just as good, it's barely very busy when we go in and if we are late it's not like we are waiting very long to get seen. Sadly though I hear that Dr.Collins is retiring. I hope our new doctor will be just as great as he has been for our family.
