Horrible Service!!!!! I have ordered from here numerous times. I get the usual, with an extra side dish. They have messed my order up before, or for pick up they tell you 10 mins, and you sit and wait almost an hour. Trying to find the regular " Spare Ribs" you get at most restaurants. Well I have tried 3 times now, I ask 20 different questions to make sure I'm getting what I expect. They tell me one thing, and I get the other. Well today, I wanted to make sure it wasn't so fatty and more meaty, she explained this was more on the lean side. Got my dish, it taste like LEATHER. as if it has been sitting for awhile or way over cooked, and ALL fat can't even get a piece of meat off the bone. I call to ask if I can drive and bring the whole container still full and substitute for a different rib dish. Argued on the phone for 12 minutes... only to be told I was wrong, and they will not switch because they never have any complaints and they know IT IS NOT OVERCOOKED. very rude, and a whole $10 dish thrown in the garbage as my family will not eat it. Just lost a customer and a bad review, as I explained to her she did not care so!!! Time to find a new place.
We always order from here. Typically we get one of the meal deals like dinner for 3. Service has always been friendly and fast. Food is good...that's why we keep coming back. However, I took off one star because they charge an extra $5 for delivery even though I'm only 5 minutes away.
Dont waste your time going through the menus for delivery unless you are paying cash (who pays by cash anymore anyways) this place offers debit clearly on their website, but fails to mention they dont have mobile debit .. would have given 1 star for the utter waste of time.. but the girl on the phone was nice enough... looks like skip the dishes wins our business tonight! .
Food is always delicious recommend the general Taos chicken lunch special with sauce on the rice
Best place in Barrie to buy crab meat cheese wontons. They are SO yummy! Pretty addictive. They cost around $6.50 for 10 pieces.
