Came to Barrie visiting a families member from the states, saw the most positive reviews up on google review, so decided to gave it a go at it. While waiting for my food in the restaurant, I saw the lady with the hat on didn't wear any gloves on while she cutting meat and vegetables in the kitchen. And this was not all, she was actually picking her nose while preparing it too. This made me so mad and disgusted, but of course I didn't say anything up front because wanted to respect their effort for cooking my food. Instead of threw the food away, I gave the food to a man who came up asked for change. I'm not a local here, nor I live in Canada, but this shocked me in so many level. I'm hoping there are nobody get sick yet... I already told all my families member here in Barrie that do not ever buy anything from this restaurant!
Ive tried this place 3 times now, hoping it would get better as this is very close to my house. its horrible, worse and worse every time. service is friendly but the food is horrible. wish i could say something better but it would be untrue , you will be disappointed
I would avoid this place at all costs. The reviews must be paid for. Very expensive for what we received. Ordered a dinner-for-four and substituted the spare-ribs for Szechuan beef. Every dish came filled to the brim with filler vegetables but almost no meat. The shrimp dish contained 8 small shrimp in total, and this was supposed to cost $10.95 on its own. The food tasted rather bland and was all made with the same base. It is quite obvious how stingy this location is, please do not listen to any of the positive reviews because even if this place tried, their food would not deserve a 4.0 from honest reviewers.
