Pizza was okay. Asked for it to be well done and still was a little soft for my liking.
I called yesterday to place an order for pick up. I was told it would be 20 minutes. I walked in approximately 15 minutes later and all the employees were busy. As soon as I walked up to the counter, even though the employees were busy, I was greeted by one of them with a smile and told that someone will be with me in a moment. A few seconds later, another employee walked over greeted me and asked me what he could help me with. I told him I was picking up an order that was coldon earlier and my order was ready to go. Staff were very friendly and professional and the food was really good. I also really appreciate it how quickly it was made. Definitely recommend this place.
crust was unique - out of an Italian bakery. however the pizza's were not well done (even after requesting it to be). The veggies and cheese slipped out of of hand before taking a bite! Topper's needs to be more attentive and ensure customer's are getting value and their request is adhered to! Price is slightly on the expensive side as well which made this experience not as good as I expected.
This location is the best! I'm from Sudbury and have been enjoying Toppers pizza my whole life, so I'm thrilled that they have a location in Barrie. We order at least once a week and are never disappointed. They have amazing pick up specials, the quality and freshness are great and the staff is so friendly, especially Steph & Jason. They always say hi when I go in to pick up my food. The only thing that would make this place even better is if they were open a little later. I'm used to it being open til midnight/1am on weekdays and 2am on weekends like in Sudbury, and this place is open til 10pm on weekdays and midnight on weekends. Other than that, no complaints. This is by far the best place to get pizza in Barrie!
Tuesday is a good day. $6 discount on large pizzas. The pizza itself is 'ok', non greasy, but far too salty for my taste.
