Responded quickly and compassionately to a toxic ingestion by my puppy. Dr. Stephanie and Dr. Sarah can be trusted implicitly with my fur babies. My experience has been incredible at Big Bay and I cannot leave out their technicians especially Melissa!! Ty❤️??

Our vet for many years now. Knowledgeable about giant breed dogs (we have an English mastiff). Staff are always excellent. My pup thinks they have the best cookies, he enjoys going to the vet

Amazing staff! Extremely kind and knowledgeable doctors! Everyone I talk to is knowledgeable and compassionate. The actual doctors take their time to explain everything to you and to answer all of your questions and concerns thoroughly. You can tell that they all care deeply about the animals. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pet children.
The staff here are amazing! They genuinely care about you and your animal. My husband and I were going through a rough financial patch, and were struggling to pay for a much needed service for our cat. The office manager went out of her way to work with us to ensure we could afford it.
Our last 5 dogs have been cared for, and 3 of them have been helped over the rainbow bridge, by the caring, amazing staff at Big Bay Animal Hospital. Every single member of the team is amazing, and treats our pets as their own. I dont worry about needless tests or procedures, but also know that if something is recommended, it is the best course of action for our fur babies. They give lots of information to help us make informed decisions. When there is an issue, we get regular phone calls to check on how the patient is doing between appointments. Cant say enough about them. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
