The owner and staff here have always been extremely helpful and kind. They are knowledgeable and gave very helpful advice to me about caring for my crested gecko. Their in-store animals are in beautiful enclosures and look very happy. I would much rather purchase reptile items, foods, and needs here than from a chain company who does not care for their animals. The owner is truly a great guy and has set me up with a great enclosure for my crestie and gave me a great deal. I have visited many times over the years and have always left very happy!
I go here all the time , but today whoever opend the store is the worst customer service rep I've ever delt with in a long time , would give this store 5 star review for years not anymore, will be taking my business elsewhere
People here are really friendly. You could ask them anything and they would love to help you. This place feels like a mini indoor zoo. Little exaggeration there. Haha. I didn't buy anything from there and I do not know anything about pets so I might not be the right person to talk about that.
Just visited sept 18, had to leave the store before finding what I was looking for due to the extreme stench of urine and ammonia. Towards the back of the store it got so strong it almost made me sick. Most reptile store have smell like damp soil or wood but this place smells like 10 dirty cat litter boxes.
Came in with a reptile emergency and came out with everything I needed! Excellent customer service I will be back for all my future needs ❤

I go here regularly for crickets. Best price in the area. Every time, I do a whole sweep around the store, they have an good setup considering the size of their store and the variety of reptiles is surprisingly good. Again, Prices are great, and the customer service is second to none. Highly recommend, simply for the tour of the lizards or getting your basic lizard needs.Only downside is the repertoire of accessories, pet smart has more options when it comes to cages and such, but the owner has no qualms recommending a competitor if he doesn't have an item in stock.
Staff is very approachable and helpful. I have gone in with questions about my various lizards and they have always been able to offer practical and useful insight. They clearly love what they do! Getting to see all the different animals being so well cared for on every visit makes me so happy.
Really cool place. Tons of different reptiles to see. I mean the smell is not the greatest but what do you expect from a reptile store. Highly recommended even if it is only for a visit and a glance at the many reptiles they have available. Thank you and keep up the good work.
