walked into the store and asked if the dog wash is free and they said it is. during this time another customer walked in who was already arguing with her husband and walked straight into the dog wash before we got in walking past us . The employee did came and ask about it but she was arguing that the dog wash wasnt cleaned and she said she already booked in an appointment (note: it’s first come first serve) and the employee just gave up. I was fine with it as i was in no rush and the other guy was almost done. I asked if i can quickly grab a sandwich from next store as he didn’t start drying up. I thought she would hold it for me since i didn’t create a scene there as i was the first customer and another customer took it but she said “first come first serve” which pissed me off she had no intrest in attending any customer or establishing her policy or satisfying the customer. Maybe I should have just started ranting then and there with the employee and the customer and created a scene there. Idk maybe hire proper employees instead of pink haired lazy ones who just wanna get through there day?
We give our dog showers regularly in this stroe. It is a really clean and organized shower area. They also provide free traits/samples to doggies showering there.
We just got back from the cundles rd pet valu our dog Rosie had her nails trimmed in the past our vet had to sedate her but the young lady that took care of her was fantastic Rosie feels better and she has a new friend she can trust thank you very much
First time at this location and the lovely woman who helped me was so friendly and knowledgeable! She gave me great advice on several items in the store and I spent more money than planned :)
I use the self pet wash station frequently. They’re always clean and well maintained. The price is very reasonable and the staff is also very friendly.
Great store. Great staff , excellent customer service. Stephanie is absolutely amazing! Anyone with Great Danes or chihuahuas go see Stephanie! My dane wouldn't let anyone do her nails but Stephanie gained her trust & now Diamond let's her do her nails.
Super impressed with this location, the ladies(I've only seen female employees lol sorry if there's males) im super impressed with super intuitive and a attentive helps with your needs every single time I've walked in there weather review from my cat kneading a cone or for simply switching cat foods I wish I took the time to take the two ladies names that were working today but I decided to post a picture of the cone so maybe they can smile because it is working and she is a little grumpy but she hasn't scratched once and the employees working today which you'd be Friday September 11th 2020 we're SUPER AWESOME and come on guys there's been two female cats they need to be adopted together for awhile now let's get them adopted they're super sweet but they need to be adopted together which makes it harder but from experience would brighten a family's world up
