Appalling customer service……girls working think it’s just fine to sell a damaged partial bag of dog food for full price. When asked to return it they sent me to another store having me drive around for nothing before returning to the original place of purchase.
Love global pet food stores. I’ve been to a few in central Ontario and it’s always been a great experience in every location I go too. I recently switched my cats food from a vet recommended brand to Verslle Laga Opti life as a really knowledgeable man in the Huntsville Ontario location educated me on and it has been a huge change in my cat from she used to get sick all the time to now she only gets sick once in awhile due to too many hair balls.
Wow blown away by customer service today. I went in looking for weight management food for my dog today I was unsure of what kind to get as I’ve tried a few from other stores before, I assume it was the manager but she really helped me find something to best suit my dogs needs but also let me have a small bag for free to try out! They told me if it doesn’t work out I can try something else. Amazing customer service and they really care about your pets. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity.
Love your store. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Only issue is Global Pet Foods website. Worst and least friendly of any other pet store. Come on. You should be able to search prices, search products. You site does none of that. We are in 2024 and this should be a given. Again I always shop at your store do not like big box store. But come to 21 st Century with shopping.
I purchase raw food diet here for my GSD so I am here every 10 days like clockwork. The staff is so kind and considerate. Raw food selection that I need to buy is almost always in stock. I also love that you get samples of different treats so my GSD can try different ones and then he can decide on his favourite. I buy supplements here also (salmon oil, etc) and I buy his chew toys here. I wish they had a bigger clothing selection for dogs but they do have lots of leashes & accessories to choose from. Fabulous store and fabulous staff! Suggestion: it is time to get an online ordering site up and running for your location. ?
Stopped in randomly while they’re had a 20 year anniversary event going on. Not only did I grab some cat food at a great price but they also sent me home with a bag of samples which was INCREDIBLY generous. I’m really impressed by my shopping experience at this location.
Wonderfull staff, excellent customer service, great products, knowledgeable and very helpful with questions and concerns you might have. I have been going there for many years and I wouldn't go any where else. I have had great success in keeping my 13 year old senior dog as healthy as can be with the products they have suggested for him. Thank you to all the amazing staff .. you are the best!!
