It is unusual; however, this establishment charges elevated prices for identical products and brands compared to PetSmart and similar stores, and it does not offer NO a return policy. There are no returns for expensive items such as scissors, dog clippers, and much more.

Very pushy customer service, insisted I ask them questions, and when I did they over explained like I’ve never seen a dog in my life. Don’t talk to your customers like they are stupid, or like they are doing something wrong. Didn’t like RENs pets in the first place, definitely will not be returning.
Finally a place where they have more then one corner or isle for cats! My boyfriend and I came in on the weekend and were blown away with the cat options! Finally! A pet shop that gets it, people own more then just dogs! ? Thank you! The staff were so kind and the pace is also very clean! Well be coming back for sure
I love this pet shop but I wish they had a larger selection for Guinea pig items. I also encountered a rude employee who wouldn’t serve me and gave me disgusted faces. Please do something about this. His name was Jerry.
This place is fantastic. The staff is so friendly and my puppy loves going in to visit them! Great selection of items, kind of expensive but that’s just pet stuff in general.
I love this store. It carries a wide variety of pet needs. The staff is very helpful with any questions you might have. If your purchase is not satisfactory, just save your receipt so it makes it easier to make a return.
