They only carry 1 bag of a lot of food brands and they are out of stock of items every single time we go in store. If you are looking to buy from here I encourage you to call ahead before going and they may have to order the item for you and you wait until it comes in. I have stopped going to this location all together unfortunately as we like there buy 12 get the 13th free but it's not even worth it anymore. Go to one in the north end!
My visit at pet value for product for our dog was fantastic, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I'm dumping PetSmart as they are subpar pet store. Thankyou to pet value I will be a returning customer.
Absolutely amazed by the level of customer service provided here. We just got a new kitten and puppy and have visited the store 3 times in the past 2 days. Every single one of them is beyond helpful and friendly. They ask questions to make sure they are suggesting the best option. I went to petsmart once and never again will I go there. I have never had such a wonderful retail/service experience as I did at pet valu and will continue to be our place for all the future pet needs. Hands down the absolute best! Thank you to all the staff for being so helpful and just overall wonderful.
Natalie and Jaqueline are amazing ! I came in yesterday morning to pick up cat calming treats I ordered online I was immediately greeted with a good morning and while I patiently waited for no longer than 30 seconds I was approached to be helped ! They were warm bubbly and just the type of personality we don't see in any retail or service industry anymore ! (My cats loved the treats too!)
The staff and manager at this location are hands down the best!! So friendly, knowledgable and always happy to help. I started going here because it was close to my home, but I will continue to go here regardless of where I live because the customer service is so amazing :)
These guys are a perfect example of how custom service should be! Not forced either, but genuine and great service! It feels like family when your in their store. I will be going out of my way to go to this store only for my pets from now on.
