What a lovely set up for a dog wash at this location. As well as having several ststion options to choose from, each are supplied with multiple shampoo options, along with towels, treats and other items. The staff are always nearby, are happy to answer any questions and supply with any extra special requests. The staff are commendable in so many ways that ensures the time spent there is enjoyable. This dog wash and staff, get my top vote!
Exceptional customer service. I purchased a bag of cat food for my furry feline the end of August and realized today, it was salmon instead of chicken. The bag was discounted (which I was unaware and told at a different Pet Valu that it would not be refundable). The staff at the Bayfield PetValu were courteous, patient and kind. My cat food was exchange without issue. My golden is always greeted with enthusiasm when I bring her in for a bath. Great store - kind and helpful employees, clean and organized layout and always willing to go out of their way to make the customer happy. Thank you.
This PetValue carried all of the dog treats that we normally give our senior dog, Luna. We also found some great cat ?⬛ treats too. Very convenient location as well.
This location is great for product but it's such a shame.... Both times I've went the same girl on cash was SO rude to me. She doesn't say hello, she over charged me and instead of offering a refund she goes "just grab another one"... She never asked me if I'm part of the loyalty program or anything. If I asked a question as a new puppy owner she seemed obviously annoyed. Complete opposite of my experience at the Wellington location. Sucks because the store is bigger and well stocked and I'd love to shop here more often.
Came here to use the dog wash and had a great experience. The girls who work here are super helpful and very nice. Thank you for showing me how to use the wash and being so sweet to my baby. The wash is set up perfectly … they have a tie down system to keep your pup in place, plenty of shampoo to choose from and complimentary treats, towels and aprons to use. Maintained nicely and very convenient!! ? will be returning ?
Fantastic location. Doggy bath is such a great thing to have! Our girl was happy and tied down the entire time. There were free treats for the pupper and a locked gate for when she was done in the actual bath but still needed drying. Had a coupon for a free wash, but still fairly affordable without coupon. Will definitely return.
The dog wash isn’t open until 6 like the rest of the store. It closes an hour before but there’s no notification of that except after you’ve wasted half an hour driving there to use it. When you explain that at 5:15 they don’t care. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else where they understand flexibility is a key component of customer service. And that closing time is closing time unless you notify your customers otherwise. How else are we supposed to know? In my case, I went elsewhere to buy all the other pet supplies I needed.
