Great experience. First time coming to this location for one of my dogs Molly for her nails trimmed. Michelle was awesome. Will be back with the rest one at a time though. Molly says it was the best and she got a treat. ?
The ladies here are incredible to talk to! Willing to help out and extremely knowledgeable. I bought a beta fish and I was shocked how cheap the little guy is. He's all comfy in his new home and I will continue to use this location as my home store to use for all my pet needs. Thanks again ladies. Keep up the awesome customer service!

I walked into Pet Value on a mission: find a new food for my cat that wouldn’t make him turn his nose up like I just offended his entire bloodline. And, of course, something to help his teeth because, let’s be honest, his breath could probably peel paint off the walls at this point. Enter Lisa, the absolute MVP. She didn’t just point me to an aisle and walk away like a disinterested teenager at you-know-where (cough, PetSmart, cough). No, Lisa actually listened to my cat’s ridiculous list of demands (picky eater, hates fish, but somehow will eat a cheeseburger if I leave it unattended). She helped me pick out the perfect food AND a food topper that not only makes it more enticing but also helps with his teeth. And the best part? My cat actually eats it. That alone deserves a standing ovation. Meanwhile, at PetSmart, I’d probably still be wandering aimlessly through the aisles, getting vague “uhh… maybe try over there?” responses while debating if my cat will just have to live off vibes and attitude. Bottom line: Lisa at Pet Valu is a legend. If you want actual help and not just a game of “find it yourself,” this is the place to go. PetSmart could never.
Love Pet Valu in Heritage Plaza! The employees are always so knowledgeable and helpful, and have the best advice. The prices of their merchandise are also fair.
If I could leave a 0 star I would. I came to this location to get my cats teeth “cosmetically cleaned” with the Kissable K9 company but left without treatment due to the conditions of their “grooming room” When handing my cat over , to the worker the room looked like a back closet storage area with no room for walking. And to my shock there was a lady laying on the floor with a dog in her lap getting its teeth cleaned with towels all over the floor. There was hardly any room for the secondary worker to even open the door. I think moving forward they should specify the working conditions in which my animal would be receiving care. Very concerning from a health and safety perspective. Will not be returning to this location.
I have had positive experience in the past with this particular branch buying for my pets, unfortunately on my last visit I had an encounter that completely turned me off the store. Upon entering the store I was met with a rude remark by a female employee after which I observed her roughly and angrily handling some of the stores animals (ferrets.) Having these animals myself I am aware of proper discipline tactics and this was unaccetable to me. I attempted to go back to shopping but was so offput by my own treatment and the animals that I quickly left. The one positive was a young man who asked me as I departed if I needed assistance in a cheery tone.
