Susan was a lifesaver! I reached out to this team in a panic because the other print shop I had submitted my documents to had their machines break and I needed the documents printed within 24 hrs. I walked in there and no one came to my attention at the front desk. I had to poke my head in through the doorway to the back room after standing out front for a while. Then I was looked at like why are you looking through this doorway, and then spoken to in a very condescending tone by multiple people... After that I was already convinced this wasn't the place for me. I can say I hated their work or not because I didn't even get that far. I like to work with a place that treats you like family... like you belong. I found someone else in Barrie who does. They get a much better review. And their work is top notch.
