I highly recommend Quality Print. The service I received was truly exceptional. The staff was kind, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. They helped transform the illustrations and story I worked so hard on into a stunning, professional children’s book.
I wish we could give Jean-Mare more than five stars for the excellent customer service he provided us. Over this past long weekend we called hoping to get some posters made for our missing cat. The business was closed, but he happened to be in the office and invited us to come by regardless. At that time, he made multiple copies without charging us stating "This isn't about business, it's about being a good neighbour and helping out". We were beyond impressed how friendly and thoughtful he was. Look no further for an honest business, Jean-Mare is the real deal.
Amazing people. Great service. Honestly, I came to them on a time crunch while feeling the panic growing. I had gone to big box type services only to leave disheartened at the time frames they suggested. Quality Print is the only business I found that was able to provide printing services promptly within a short amount of time. The quality of their product is impeccable. Horrible. One star because the young fella was pleasant to talk to but I had a whole host of issues with them, from feeling like the email exchanges were ignorant (no words at all), to the mistakes printing my cards, to the goofy looking layout and terrible artwork, to the lack of answers to my questions, to nobody being there during business hours to the time it took for a simple order of some cards and some invoices. I will never use them again.
I spent all day talking to numerous printing companys that could not help me with my printing needs.....I needed a jpeg printed on 11x17 paper but the print in 11x 14 to fit a frame. He told he could do it no problem...would be ready on Monday.....I needed the print Friday....he said he would see what he could do and let me know.......15 min later is was done! Fast super helpful and friendly!!! Thanks again !!!
Both Jean and his wife were extremely professional and prompt in our business. They are amazing people and took the time to help us with some stuff that did not even pertain to their business, but offer us sound business advice.
