I’d give a zero rating if I could. Needed to photocopy two items (one was 11 pages, the other was five). First time I’ve ever used their copying system. You have to prepay before you get copies (understandable). There is no list to tell you what they charge per copy. I start to copy and what happened next could be used as a comedy sketch. The default settings apparently are colour and 11x 17 paper. I changed to black and white, but was unaware that the paper would come out 11X17. Next thing I knew, I had 11X17 paper flying all over the place. An employee came by to see if I needed help. I told him I wasn’t expecting to get copies this large. I made the mistake of assuming they would come out letter sized. I reviewed what had gone through the copier using the feed and three pages didn’t get copied. As I went back to copy the three pages that I still needed to copy, I had to go through the entire process again! When I asked how I get a receipt for these copies, I was informed that someone at the copy desk would be over in a minute. I wasn’t wasting any more of my time. I didn’t realize getting some simple photocopies would be such a hassle. I walked out, went to the UPS Store, and got my copies done in under two minutes, with no hassle. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEIR COPY SERVICE.
I went there for copy of my driver's license..when i asked the staff should I do it myself. Then he did it for me. And he said:" it only black and white with one copy. This one on us." OMG! How nice he is ! Not because of the money...it is cause their service! Staples. Awesome!!!! ???
I have been back and forth to use their printing services. I had no clue what I was doing, the girl behind the counter was a fountain of knowledge. I know more about my phone and files than I ever did. It's always busy at that counter but they flit back and forth helping someone until they are finished or waiting for a download then over to cash someone out, pulling orders out then back to someone like me having trouble on the print machines. ?
