This company went beyond our expectations. Exceptional customer service including response time, delivering our requests, and providing a much better phone plan for our family.
Not bed communication but not a clear payment system - I topped up my phone account on 50$ through Royal bank but my money disappeared without any results - Royal Bank said your money already sensed but Telus's support said we didn't receive your money :( both these organizations have very undeveloped services - on this background can occur everything danger situation from lost communication in important moments to lost all money in Royal bank. Manager of bank promised me to make an investigation but I have no believes because his lazy stuff don't want to call to the Telus to ask about his transaction!
We recently had our fleet set up with 2 way radios (8 radios). Kevin and Chris took the time to meet with us, look over the machines and install/set up the system within a few hours. Today was the first full day with the full system in operation- communication was reliable and exceptionally valuable for the crew. 10/10 would recommend this company for telecommunication services.
