My daughter and I visited this location a month ago and had a wonderful experience. The staff were welcoming, the store was clean and organized, and one staff member in particular helped us find the perfect bras. She was so knowledgeable and patient. I wish I could remember her name! I loved seeing the body positive advertising images on the walls, showing that people of all sizes can shop there. Awesome! We’ll be back for sure.
Love the brand, but the staff was quite rude and unhelpful. They refused to apply the promotion and didn’t assist in finding the right size. I’d recommend ordering online instead
I love shopping here. Although, recently I have found their styles to fear toward the younger generation and sizing has gotten a lot smaller. Disappointed as I don't find as much as I used too.

I am an avid Aerie shopper - mostly online, but I do shop in stores frequently also. I had a return to do yesterday and was surprised by the retail experience. I walked in with a couple friends, and it was evident that I had things to return in my arm. I headed for the cash register and had to wait some time for the girls working to finish their very personal conversations (we could clearly overhear) and head to assist me at the register. I received a very unwelcoming attitude from the young lady who served me, and felt I was totally inconveniencing her as she wasn't able to continue her conversation with her colleague. We were the only one in the stores, so I would have expected a much better experience. I doubt I'll go back to this location.
As a retail associate myself, it would be nice if the staff could take the time and clean the change rooms and trash bins when there are 4+ employees and gossiping about what someone was buying on their lunch break, the store was not very busy. The one associate instead of assisting me to a change room simply said “pick one that’s free” and walked away and upon leaving instructed me to leave the items I did not want on the table in the back. This location feels like a self serve rather than a nice welcoming store excited to help you with your shopping needs. Maybe I’ll have better service ordering online and trying on at home.
I went in yesterday and I was really happy with the staff member who helped me (I didnt get her name but she was blonde). She is really good at her job, and easy to talk to. Definitely deserves recongnition. =)
