Worst store to shop, brought back a defective piece of clothing and all they would give me is a gift receipt, I wanted my visa credited, will never shop there again
Needed a dress for event the next morning. Wendy not only checked the one I was looking for and put it on hold but pulled another similar. When I found that the dress didn't fit, they called the Vaughan store who had it in my size and had that put on hold. They were very friendly and helpful listening to what I was looking for and making great suggestions. Thank you!
I was in this store with my friend yesterday (sept 11). I have never been in such an awful situation in retail before. My friend was trying on dresses for a special event and the one she was trying on didn’t fit. Which was fine, not all dresses fit everyone nicely. What really upset us was, the fact that not only the sales lady but a CUSTOMER were forcing her in the dress, adjusting her breasts, and making her feel bad that the dress didn’t fit. Despite her saying the dress didn’t fit, the CUSTOMER and sales lady kept trying to get this dress on. Totally not appropriate for a customer to touch another customer without permission. I would be ashamed as an employer to have a sales representative let this happen in the changing rooms.
Bought earrings from here. They're not cheap ($30 for fashion jewelry). Went to use them and before I even got it in my ear, the backing snapped right off. I contacted customer service but they said they couldn't help. (Despite me having pictures, tags...) I've had temu/shein jewelry that cost $2 instead of $30 that has lasted longer. Save yourself the middle man and order direct from China, that's all it is anyway. What a shame.
Wow what incredible staff at this store. They go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for. It was a pleasure doing business at this store and I will definitely be a returning customer. Wendy you were a gem for helping me.
Horrible customer service. My mother and I went into the store so she could find something for her trip in the summer. We were not greeted by any of the employees (the store had maybe two other customers in it other than my mother and I.) we had walked past three different employees and they didn’t even look at us. When we finally found something for my mom, the register area was empty. We waited maybe three minutes before someone came over to check us out. And again, it was still just two other people and my mother and I in the store. My mother (being the understanding and nice women she is.) was ok with it and was ready to pay and go. After she paid she said ‘thank you have a nice day’ to the employee at the cash, and the employee ignored my mother completely and acted like she was busy again doing nothing. I’ve worked in retail for a long time, and I’ve never in my life seen a store with such unapproachable staff.
My daughter was recently body shamed at this store. Funny thing is she bought a size 10 dress elsewhere and loves it. Thanks for giving a teenage girl such a terrible experience when shopping with her friends.
