Online order tracking is non-existent! I order for store pick up, all it says is 3-5 days, wait for email. It’s now day 5, I live over an hour north and have to plan the trip. No human answers 1-800 CS #, and staff at location have no access to tracking or back end shipping information. Very frustrating!
Absolutely love this store! Alexis is always so helpful and very efficient. I can go to this store on the weekly basis and always find something... just so beautiful and LOVE that green tea scent wish they would sell the oil in the store.
Hi bouclair Instore experience is great, I love the stuff! Minus the strong smell as I walk in, It’s not for everyone. Online orders is a minus if I could give that rating. I placed a $1200 order for 8 chairs in store. I was told 2-3 weeks delivery. They don’t deliver to homes which is ridiculous. it’s been 3 weeks I didn’t receive information about estimated delivery or an email informing me of a delay, NOTHING. I contacted customer service and when they finally replied they gave no answers but reminded me what I needed to pick up my order in store - government id. Great! Now I’ll I need to rent a truck to pick up 8 chairs from this store because I bought them while I was getting help of someone with a truck to pick them up. The person leaves in 5 days and still no word for delivery or anything.
I got a set of furniture and all of them was open box when they told me it was all new. I looked inside and parts missing went back and got a new one same thing went back again and the one I returned the first time was the one they wanted to sell back to
Amazing variety of awesome decor. The perfect place to go for inspiration and stylish & functional pieces for the home. They also have great deals if you look. Highly recommend this location. Would have given it the full 5 stars if it was east of the 400.
Was in last night and found the 2 sales ladies extremely helpful and polite! Customer service is very important. They were out of stock of the item we were interested in but didn't hesitate to call other stores and provide options. Thank you!!
I read the other reviews about returns being a hassle, so here is my experience. I purchased items from the Barrie store, and the staff were fantastic. I lost my receipt and whilst I thought it was silly they couldn't get me a copy of the receipt 2 days later, they returns items twice, graciously and with no hassle at all. The prices were fantastic and variety of items, terrific. Overall, a very good experience. Thank you Bouclair
