Neverever go this shop .They will show one item in their shop and delivered with different item.my wife was full term due next day for C section clearly told her (I don't want mention her name) it's for my wife and we only worried about the foam of the bed .she shown one demo bed the foam was okay so we 1000 asked do we get same kind of foam sofa she said "sure" instead we received same kind of sofa but if you sit on that you feel you are sitting in a hard "ROCk" and with in two days the sliding part gone too.i called her and mentioned my concern she said her boss out of city and will be contacted in 3 week time .today is 8 th week and no call or text.Better go other shops were you may need to pay extra 100-200 cad still you get good item.if I get a chance I put -10 for the rating

I visited this store for the first time to check out their bedroom sets, but the experience was very disappointing. The lady (salesperson) was extremely rude and seemed to have no understanding of proper customer service. She was rushing through the conversation as if she had no time for me. When I asked about the price difference compared to another store, which had a similar item $300 cheaper, her response was, “Then go buy it from them!” I was shocked at how disrespectful and unprofessional she was. Out of respect for her age, I didn’t say anything at the time, but she definitely needs training on how to treat potential customers. I would not recommend this store to anyone—if you want to be treated poorly, then go ahead and deal with this lady.?

I had an extraordinary experience, and I cannot stress enough how satisfied I am with the assistance Jass provided. Jass approachability, extensive knowledge, and professionalism were truly commendable. Unlike other salespersons, you were not pushy, but rather focused on understanding my needs, ensuring that I found the perfect couch. Your expertise in the field was evident as you effortlessly guided us through the available options and offered valuable insights. Your patience and attentiveness made the entire process not only effortless but also enjoyable. I am genuinely impressed with your level of service and I wanted to ensure that you are given the recognition you deserve. As a result of my positive experience, I will definitely be returning to your location for any future purchases. Once again, thank you for going above and beyond to assist me. Your dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

After much thought, we purchased a custom sectional at the beginning of December. Amid COVID delays, we wanted to shop locally and were excited that they could have a couch ready for us in 8-10 weeks. After calling numerous times to get an update, it was finally delivered about 5 months later. We had the couch for exactly 1 week when a piece of the frame snapped in half while we were sitting on it. They were very responsive and said they would pick the couch up on Saturday. We canceled our plans and waited all day, but they never showed up, phoned, or answered our calls. When calling back to re-arrange our pickup we confirmed twice that they would bring plastic wrap to protect our (white) couch during transit. The broken section was repaired very quickly, however the broken piece of wood was left on the couch, causing a creaking noise at times. The couch was also returned to us very dirty and clearly had not been protected during transit, as they had promised. In the end we paid a lot of money for a broken, inconvenient and now filthy couch. Although the staff were generally nice to deal with, we are disappointed and would not recommend purchasing from Simcoe Home Furniture.

Shopping here was excruciating! You will most likely spend the next 8 to 12 months chasing for furniture that regardless of what they tell you, they havent a clue when it's coming. The amount of disappointment I received from this store I cannot stress enough! Awful experience. For most families buying new furniture for your home is a big deal, It's something you plan for, save for and get excited about. This store stressed me out and killed the experience. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Had an amazing experience with this store. Walked in the store on Friday afternoon and my furniture was delivered before noon the next day. Mirka and Fatima are very helpful and they are very good with their promises. Delivery was absolutely uneventful. No surprises. They installed the furniture and took the boxes with them. Highly recommended!

Great service and fantastic prices on good quality furniture, will definitely be going back in the future.
