I had a custom chain made here for my boyfriend's birthday and I could not be happier with it! The staff helped me pick a chain that was the correct length and worked with me to create the right sized pedant to go onto the chain. They offered a fantastic price for phenomenal quality. I finally found an amazing jewellery store!!! Every time I have been to this store I have had wonderful, super friendly and helpful, reasonaonbly priced and all around excellent service. One example is I had a ring that I could not get off my finger and it was so bad but none of the chain jewellery stores I went to could remove it. These guys removed it in a few minutes and at no charge. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

We came to Dia Amore to get a watch link removed, and a $6 fix turned into lifelong customers. I had been shopping around at other big name jewellers for a sapphire ring for my wedding, and the price I was quoted was exorbitant. I was ready to succumb and just fork out what it seemed like it was going to cost me for what I wanted...but luckily our chance stop at Dia Amore saved me thousands and brought me a nicer ring and experience than I probably would have gotten elsewhere. I was quoted less than HALF of what other jewellers did, and given the same (if not better) lifetime warranty, at no additional cost. They also re-plated my band for free so it would match the new ring, and offered to solder the two together after the wedding. I was even able to choose which sapphire I wanted before they created the ring!! It only took three weeks and I have the most beautiful ring that I cannot wait to take out of the box and wear after our wedding. I really cannot say enough good things about this honest, family run business. Thank you so much to Hector and Hadi who were a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. We will be sure to recommend Dia Amore to friends and family!
