Had a TERRIBLE experience there, the lady that runs the place was very ignorant towards me. But long story shot I give them a -1 star.... I will never recommend them to anyone. Very upset about the service that I received.. will not be returning to that store. Worst customer service I've ever seen.
I have been dealing with the Kassam's at Gold Plaza for over a decade. They are always friendly and helpful. Their prices are competitive and they also go the extra mile. I am very particular about the type of nose ring I wear (straight pin, no ball at the end) and Karim has always kept me supplied, even finding new dealers with whom to work just to ensure I have a constant supply. That is what I call customer service!!! Overall, it is a great experience whatever you are looking for. I would highly recommend this jewelers to anyone looking for quality jewelry and service.

About 6 years ago, my husband surprised me with an engagement ring.I wanted to do something special in return and so I picked a ring for him from the same place, I have to say, I am thrilled that I did. Both store owners greeted me with excellent customers service. They are the kind of business that goes that extra mile to make a customer feel welcome, they listened to my ideas on what kind of ring I was looking for and they were able to work with me and my budget; with that said...we found the perfect ring. Their quality of craftsmanship and kindness have lead me to become a lifelong customer. I highly recommend Gold Plaza.
