Had been in twice trying to get my bracelet cleaned and Natalie and other staff ignored me and when they finally acknowledge me they were rude. Went back a third time and thank you Luke! Friendly, efficient and accommodating, I will look for Luke to make sure he is working the next time I step through the door.
As I walked into the store the sales person immediately stopped what she was doing and assisted me. She listened to my needs and provided a solution. She took the time to explain the parts on my braclets and I really appreciated her professional expertise. Thank you very much Ashley.
Very rude staff. Tried to make a purchase, but I felt rushed as the staff said she has to leave soon because she has an appointment. I told her I want to purchase a pandora shine bracelet. She showed me one on the display, which I purchased. Immediately after I saw 2 different ones, so I asked her why she didnt show me those options ( guess she was just trying to rush to her appointment). I asked her to exchange for the one I just saw and she said she cant because she has to leave now. Now theres only one other rep working there and she was busy attending another customer so I had to wait about an additional 10 mins when another staff came and tried to help. At this point I was upset so I just asked for a refund
Love the store and the charms but man oh man the staff. Just went in knowing exactly what I wanted. Then asked about the cleaning kit, was told it was $20, for everything including the cloth. Get to the counter, told the cloth doesn't actually come with it and its $26.00 now. I know $6.00 bucks inst a make or break but be upfront with your customers. Do not tell me one price, then switch it thinking I won't notice. Also don't tell me your cloths differ from EVERY other cleaning cloth on the market and you will know if I used it to clean my charms or not. It is the same fabric as the other jewellery stores. Last note: when I purchase an item, offer the bag. Don't be rude about it.
Today I went in withy favourite ring that was a little worse for the wear , the customer service representative who helped me was amazing ! I wish I had caught his name!
