Some of the most honest shop members I’ve ever met for car issues and repairs / oil changes. They’ve even checked out some issues on my car without charging while my car was in the shop already, taking extra time out of their day without asking for a dime! I’ve gone to very shady shops in the past and this is definitely not one of them. Their price is beyond reasonable and other negative reviews on here are simply not covering their entire story and like to blame, you won’t regret bringing your vehicle here at all and I stand by this as I’ve been here MULTIPLE times. May I add I don’t even live in Barrie and would still bring my vehicle here due to their customer service AND pricing. I was recommended by a friend and will always recommend this business to my friends and family in Barrie. Ignore the false claims made out of anger and simply read the owners replies. I had my car transmission issues and it doesn’t reverse. They were able to fix it and the car is in good condition. The price is fair enough and services is excellent
Amazing place, Price is amazing, fair & more affordable then anywhere else. Price: I called around to other shops for quotes for repairs & I get $1100-$2000+ (Maybe cause it's an BMW). These guys some how get the cheapest price & can get back to you quickly! Work: The team here has never done me wrong, Work is amazing & quick. Had my water pump blow on the side of the highway & they were telling me to bring it in that day. Brought it in, in 30 minutes after dropping it off. I got the phone call from them telling me what was wrong, how much & I could have my car back the next day. I've been going to them for over a year & my dad going here since they opened. 100/10 would recommend to anyone.
I had been dealing with an extremely subtle but persistent creaking noise. Another shop had my car for three days, tore into the steering, and still couldn’t figure it out (the problem actually started after they did suspension work). I brought the car here instead, and within about 1–2 hours they found the real cause, a loose control arm bolt. They tightened it, took me for a test drive, and the car drives like new again with the noise completely gone. Efficient, honest, and thorough. These guys actually listen and diagnose instead of guessing. Definitely earned my trust.
I stopped at this auto service center with a loose plastic part under my car. Rodrigo in the workshop and the gentleman at the office were very kind and professional. They quickly secured the part so I could continue my trip safely. Their honesty and professionalism were outstanding. Highly recommended!
