I have never been or used Polished Automotive services. After reading all these stellar reviews I was hoping to give them my money. However after countless attempts over the "years" I have not been one of the lucky ones to get a phone call back after leaving messages, or an email response after using their website link. I'm not one to leave reviews. But it baffles me that a company with such great rating doesn't have the professionalism to respond at the minimum and let a prospective customer know that they might be too busy to take on new clients? At least, that's all I can think of why there is a lack of contact. I'm hoping that's the reason. I know I can't be the only one that has been dealt with this way. Inflated rating are a problem and as you can see by my review count, I'm tired of it. Perhaps it's time to polish up that customer service as well as you allegedly polish those gear knobs.
I went there few days ago to get the safety done of my vehicle and they helped me with it and doesn't tried to make extra money by just saying your brakes need to be replaced your calipers needed to be change, nothing. They are genuine in market
Definitely one of the better shops in Barrie. Ryan and Lori are so very honest and provide quality work. Their technicians and detailers are top notch. Highly recommend.
Absolutely amazing work! They must have gone into every nook and cranny because they found things I looked for multiple times. It honestly looks better than when I bought it (used). 10/10 would recommend.
